Feather Extensions:

 

How long will my order take to ship?

We ship all items within 48 hours of order being placed. Longer processing times can occur due to unusually large volumes of orders. Items will be dispatched from your nearest fulfillment service center, in the case that your item is out of stock at your local dispatch center, your item may be fulfilled from another locations. We have fulfillment centers in Canada, US and Australia. The longest transit time will be 21 working days, with an average of 10-13 working days. Any extra costs related to import/customs tax is the responsibility of the buyer. 


I don't use PayPal, can I pay with my credit card?

Yes! When you get to the PayPal login page, press the "Don't have a PayPal account?" button which is in small blue font on the bottom of the screen. 

 
 

How to install?

Installation is simple and applied the same way as an iTip hair extension. Please see the following third party tutorial on YouTube. It also provides some great tips on feather placement and care.


 

I already have tools, can I get a discount or more feathers?

You can enter in the promotional code #NOTOOLS# to get $5 off your order and we will not include the pliers or threading needle. You will still get micro beads. It is not possible to add extra feathers 

 

Do you accept returns?

We are more than happy to accommodate domestic returns on extensions that have NOT been opened, worn or tampered with.We DO NOT accept international returns so please choose carefully and read all product descriptions before ordering.

  1. You may return your item ONLY if they have been unopened and not taken out of the packaging.

  2. Why are they Non-Returnable if opened?

    Hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW open items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

    We are not alone; other hair extensions suppliers also do not allow returns on opened items for the same reasons.

  3. How Do I Make a Return?

    You must contact us first by replying to your shipping confirmation email. All extensions must be shipped back unopened in its original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a return will not be issued. All returns must be accompanied by a note with your order details, including your order number, email address and PayPal transaction ID.

    We will then provide you with our return address which is in Australia, where the return items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a return. 21 working days must be allowed for return and inspection before refunds are issued. Opened merchandise will not be refunded.

  4. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my return?

    You are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend that you send your return with a tracking number as we won’t be responsible for lost returns.

    Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned back to you.

  5. When will I receive my refund?

    A full refund will be issued to your original payment method after we have received and inspected that the returned hair extensions were not opened or removed from their packaging.

  6. What is the return period?

    We will provide a full refund on unopened hair extensions within industry leading thirty (30) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.

  7. May I return my extensions without contacting you?

    No. You must contact us prior to sending your return. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us will be denied as returns cannot be accepted at our warehouse facility.

  8. How may I contact you?

    You may contact us by replying to our shipping confirmation email and we will reply to you as soon as possible.

 

 Can hair be styled, like my normal hair?

Yes! You can use a hair dryer, curling tongs and even hot irons. I suggest air-drying your hair when possible. You will need to be more gentle with these extensions than when using regular human hair extensions, as the nature of feathers is different to the nature of your own hair. I suggest you research the maintenance of your hair extensions thoroughly yourself on the Internet including the best products to use to extend their life. With proper care these extensions will last you up to 4 months.

 

Can you see the attachments?

No, micro-loops are a very discreet way to wear hair extensions. The loops are tiny in size. 

 

Do the feathers fall out?

Like your real hair, all hair extensions have some fall out. If the micro loops are applied correctly and tightly, you can expect only around 2% to 4% fallout. The single feathers have a higher fall out rate than the bundled feathers. 

 

How Many Extensions Are Required?

It is completely up to you. Do you want a subtle look or to make more of a statement? Start with 1-2 packs as a trial if you are unsure.

 

Maintenance of Hair 

Hair extensions are washed and treated the same way as you do your natural hair. Hair extensions do tend to wear out with normal wash and wear. As your hair grows, this will tend to affect the extensions. It is recommended that you use high quality gentle hair care products to encourage a long life for your extensions. It is good to plait your hair extensions when sleeping or exercising. Try to avoid conditioning the scalp as this may lead to the ring slipping.
